| ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਡੀ ਰਾਹਤ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਹੜ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਾਰਨ ਨੁਕਸਾਨੀਆਂ ਫਸਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ 25 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ। ਐਤਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਗਾ, ਮੁਕਤਸਰ, ਬਠਿੰਡਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਫਸਲ ਦਾ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ 75 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 15,000 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ। ਜੇਕਰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ 33 ਤੋਂ 75 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਤੱਕ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ 6750 ਰੁਪਏ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਏਕੜ ਦੇ ਹਿਸਾਬ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਮਜ਼ਦੂਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ 10 ਫੀਸਦੀ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਵੀ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੰਗੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ। ਪੂਰੇ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ 95100 ਰੁਪਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਜਦੋਂ ਕਿ ਘਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਮੂਲੀ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਲਈ 5200 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। |

पंजाब में बाढ़ की स्थिति
पंजाब में बाढ़ और बारिश से फसलों को भारी नुकसान हुआ है, जिसके कारण पंजाब राज्य में लगभग 18,000 एकड़ में फसलें नष्ट हो गई हैं, 1353 गांवों में बाढ़ आ गई है और लोगों की जान भी चली गई है। ऐसे में राज्य सरकार ने बाढ़ प्रभावित किसानों के लिए मुआवजे का ऐलान किया है.
प्रति एकड़ फसल 15000 रुपये मुआवजा
अगर किसी की फसल बाढ़ से 100 फीसदी खराब हो गई है तो उन्हें राज्य सरकार की ओर से प्रति एकड़ 15000 रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाएगा. इससे कम खराबी पर मुआवजे की राशि कम कर दी जायेगी. इसके अलावा जिन जगहों पर दोबारा फसल लगाई जा सकती है, वहां मुआवजे की रकम अलग-अलग तय की जाएगी. वहीं, बाढ़ से जान गंवाने वाले लोगों के परिजनों को 4-4 लाख रुपये का मुआवजा दिया जाना है.
किसान ई-मुआवजा पोर्टल पर मुआवजे का दावा करें
मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत मान ने बाढ़ पीड़ितों को लेकर आयोजित प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस में बताया कि बाढ़ के दौरान हुए नुकसान का मुआवजा पाने के लिए किसान ई-मुआवजा पोर्टल पर जाकर आवेदन कर सकते हैं. जैसे-जैसे हर सप्ताह आवेदन आएंगे, उनका सत्यापन किया जाएगा और उसके बाद मुआवजे की राशि सीधे बैंक खाते में भेज दी जाएगी।
