NTA is going to conduct soon EPFO SSA and Stenographer Online to fill 2859 positions. But before the exam date, the EPFO SSA Admit Card 2024 will be released on the official website. The National Testing Agency, NTA is conducting the Online examination for Stenographer and SSA. EPFO Social Security Assistant Phase-I Computer-Based Examination:

• Each Question: 04 Marks.
• English Sense: Objective Type.
• Total Marks: 600 Marks.
• Exam Time Duration: 2 Hours 30 minutes.
• Phase 01 Marks will be considered for the final selection of merit.
• Phase II Ratio: 1:10 (About 10 times the number of vacancies in each category will basis on your performance in Phase-I).

EPFO Social Security Assistant Phase-II Computer Skill Test (Data Entry Test)

Candidates will need to appear on the Skill Test to assess speed and accuracy for Data Entry Work. A typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer should be important. 35 words per minute and 30 words per minute correspond to 10500 Key Depression Per Hour (KDPH) / 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key slumps for all words for Data Entry Work. The test will be qualifying in nature and Marks obtained will not be reckoned for merit ranking.

Stenographer Phase-I Written Examination

Each Question: 04 Marks.
Exam Type: Objective Type Multiple Choice.
Language: English & Hindi
Total Marks: 800 Marks.
Exam Time Duration: 2 Hours 30 minutes.
Phase 01 Marks will be considered for the final selection of merit.
Phase II Ratio: 1:10 (About 10 times the number of vacancies in each category will basis on your performance in Phase-I).

EPFO Phase II Skill Test in Stenographer

The candidates who are shortlisted in the Phase-1 Examination will be eligible to appear in the Skill Test for Stenography. The time allotted is as under:

Dictation: In Ten minutes at the rate of eighty words per minute will have to write. (On the computer-based).
Transcription: 50 minutes English and 65 minutes Hindi. (Only on a computer).
