Army Welfare Education Society (AWES) has invited an online application to recruit candidates for PRT, TGT & PGT Teacher Posts in different Army Public Schools (APS). Now, AWES is preparing to conduct the PRT, TGT & PGT Exam which is scheduled for 30 September & 01 October 2023. Candidates who have applied for these jobs in APS under AWES can take part in the examination. In July month 2023, the AWES PRT, TGT, and PGT Teachers Recruitment Notification were released on the official webpage of the department at awesindia.com A large number of candidates have applied for these vacancies. Until 21 July to 10 September 2023, all interested and eligible candidates completed the online registration process. Now all candidates are eager to download AWES APS Admit Card 2023, which will be released soon.
Applied applicants will be able to download AWES APS Admit Cards on 20 September 2023. The qualified candidates will be given a scorecard valid for a lifetime. Effective immediately, it is no longer a requirement to pass the online screening test to be eligible for the interview and assessment of teaching skills and computer proficiency. Nevertheless, candidates who are successfully chosen for the position of teacher are obligated to clear the online screening test according to the specifications outlined below.
- For candidates in the regular category, it is mandatory to pass the online screening test within a span of two years from the date of appointment, achieving a minimum overall raw score of 50% (100 marks).
- Candidates falling under the Fixed Term category must complete the online screening test within one year from the date of appointment, with a minimum overall raw score of 40% (80 marks).
AWES Online Screening Test Pattern & Exam Scheme
- For AWES APS PRT PGT TGT Teachers will be conducting online computer-based tests.
- There is a total of 200 MCQs type questions will be asked.
- Each question will be 01 mark.
- There will be negative markings for wrong answers as 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
- The exam time duration will be 03 hours.
